Though you hope to never have to make an insurance claim, we are here for you if you ever need to file a report.
We promise to be here for you throughout the claims process.
In the event of an emergency, Report any damage or potential claim to Oldfield Kirby Esau as soon as possible.
First, we’ll report your claim to your insurer and an adjuster will be assigned. Depending on the urgency and severity of your loss, a restoration company may need to be dispatched immediately – we’ll ensure that happens. We’ll follow-up with you to ensure your adjuster has made contact and you’re clear on the next steps in the process. We’ll continue to follow-up with you to answer any questions you may have and ensure your claim is moved along in a timely and fair manner. We understand experiencing a loss can be a stressful time and this is our chance to help you when it matters the most.
